DegreeSignal 提供来源绑定的教育信息探索、比较、城市成本估算、社区体验评价与透明派生计算。部分页面发布来源内排序或带不确定区间的模型排名；这些输出不是官方排名、质量保证、录取决定，也不构成签证、财务、法律、职业或个性化教育建议。
数据边界
实时 API 可能变化、延迟或中断；历史快照不证明课程当前仍开放；城市成本估算不是个人报价；缺失值不会被猜测补齐。社区评分属于未经身份验证的用户陈述，不是学校、课程或老师的官方质量事实。做重要决定前请打开官方来源并向相关机构确认。
评价内容
提交者必须只描述自己的真实体验，不得提交个人敏感信息、冒充他人、诽谤、骚扰、垃圾内容或违法内容。提交内容先进入审核；DegreeSignal 可以拒绝或移除内容。老师评价仅在老师与课程、学期身份能由来源核实时开放。
合理使用
不得绕过访问限制、进行破坏性自动化、试图获取未授权数据、干扰服务、操纵评分或把输出伪装成官方建议。公开接口的限额和结构可能调整。
来源权利与保证
第三方数据和商标属于各自权利人，并受其许可与条款约束。服务按现状提供；在法律允许的范围内，不保证持续可用、完全无误或适合特定目的。
变更
条款可能随产品、来源或法律要求更新；页面将标记生效日期。继续使用更新后的版本即表示接受新条款。

Service scope
DegreeSignal provides source-linked education exploration, comparison, city-cost estimates, community experience reviews, and transparent derived calculations. Some pages publish within-source orderings or model rankings with uncertainty intervals. These outputs are not official rankings, quality guarantees, or admission decisions, and they do not constitute visa, financial, legal, career, or personalised education advice.
Data boundaries
Live APIs can change, lag, or fail; historical snapshots do not prove current programme availability; city-cost estimates are not personal quotes; missing values are not guessed. Community ratings are unverified user statements, not official quality facts about an institution, course, or teacher. Open the official source and confirm with the relevant institution before an important decision.
Review content
Submitters must describe only their own experience and must not submit sensitive personal information, impersonation, defamation, harassment, spam, or unlawful content. Submissions enter moderation first; DegreeSignal may reject or remove content. Teacher reviews open only where a teacher-to-course-and-term identity can be verified from a source.
Acceptable use
Do not evade access controls, run disruptive automation, seek unauthorised data, interfere with the service, manipulate ratings, or present outputs as official recommendations. Public API limits and structures may change.
Source rights and warranties
Third-party data and marks belong to their respective rights holders and remain subject to their licences and terms. The service is provided as is; to the extent permitted by law, continuous availability, complete accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose are not warranted.
Changes
These terms may change with the product, sources, or legal requirements. The effective date will be shown here. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
